The pools were unheated. I found this unacceptable. housekeeping came too late, around 5-6pm, inconvenient. the shower leaked and the hotel did not fix it properly.

the breakfast had plenty of quality options (especially the fresh pastries). the manager at azul always checked on me, which i found thoughtful. i also enjoyed my dining experience at imim, with its authentic cuisine.

The hotel location was ideal , because the beach was easily accessible. Staff members were friendly and helpful , and the food quality was very high.
The repairs in the hotel corridors looked shoddy. There were many missing tiles from the pools , indicating poor maintenance.
